As reported by Hollywood Life, the 2015 American Music Awards or AMAs is set for this coming Sunday and things may get weird between two of the leading solo artists that have been starring in charts for this month.
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are reportedly expected to perform in the 2015 American Music Awards, with the Biebs set as the closing performer of this year. After reports circulated that both have inspired their respective albums from their past intimate relationship with one another, fans are expecting the event to be awkward for both.
Furthermore, Bieber has been repeatedly mentioned during the shows that he’s guested about how he felt for his former partner and claimed that he still loved her to this day. In fact, the Biebs has been claiming that most of the songs in his new album, “Purpose,” have been mostly for her, reported Billboard.
However, Bieber’s contentions went contradictory when he performed “What Do You Mean” during the Video Music Awards this year. He reportedly didn’t want Gomez to be featured in the camera as he was performing because she allegedly was using their break-up to sky rocket her album.
At present, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were allegedly planning to spend more time with each other privately before they were to go on tour next year. Does this mean that the run-in during the 2015 American Music Awards would not be so awkward after all? Catch them perform on stage this coming November 22, 2015.
