Justin Bieber Courting Selena Gomez But Too Afraid To Go Through With It?
Justin Bieber is reportedly dead set on courting Selena Gomez again. He already had an elaborate plan to woo the former Disney actress, but backed out in the end. Did he chicken out?Advertisement
According to E! News, 22-year-old Canadian singer and songwriter wanted to rekindle his romance with the 23-year-old former “Barney & Friends” star and planned something big and extravagant for her. Sources told the news site that Bieber planned to surprise Gomez after she attended and supported his Los Angeles “Purpose “World Tour concert on Wednesday.
“Justin wanted to rent out the Staples Center after his concert to do a repeat date night screening of Titanic for Selena because he is trying to get back with her,” the source revealed. However, in the end Bieber changed his mind for some unknown reason.
“I don’t know why he didn’t go through with it, and I also don’t know if he ever even told Selena about his plan, but I do know he is really obviously trying to date her again,” the source said.
Did he chicken out? Apparently not, if the words of another source can be trusted. According to this second source, the “My World 2.0” artist was not feeling well on the day of his LA performance. Not only did he not pursue his plans with Gomez, he even cancelled his meet-and-greet with fans.
“He cancelled his meet and greet that fans paid $2000 for,” the second source explained. “During his concert between songs, he was alluding to the fact that he wasn’t happy to be there. At one point during the concert he was just lying on the stage not singing, just letting the track run.”
Sick or scared, one thing is clear — Bieber has set his sights on Gomez again. Particularly this month, the two have been acting amorous towards each other. USA Today reported that last week, Bieber posted a throwback picture of him and Gomez kissing. While fans were bothered that he would do something like that when they are no longer an item, Gomez herself posted a comment on the picture with a simple “Perfect.”
