Earlier last week, Director Zack Snyder and the rest of the cast wrapped up their filming for the “Justice League” movie. Unfortunately till the end, fans never got to see the actor playing as Steppenwolf for the DCEU title.
It has long been speculated Julian Lewis Jones plays the Apokolips commander in Justice League movie. Although the actor was also part of the shooting in Iceland, his appearance wasn’t spotted in the photos shared by far.
Steppenwolf first appeared in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The supervillian was revealed in the deleted scene as he was shown interacting with Lex Luthor played by Jesse Eisenberg.
In “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” it was established that Steppenwolf and his army would invade planet Earth in the “Justice League” movie. However, fans were puzzled as his physical appearance was entirely different from the DC comic adaptation.
Recently, a fan decided to graphical alter the image of Steppenwolf from “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” In the photo below, the Apokolips commander can be seen posing along with Mother Box.
The photo has received positive reviews on Reddit. However, the artist of the photo is currently unknown.
It’s possible that Steppenwolf’s appearance would be different in Justice League. In “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” the supervillian was shown interacting with Lex Luthor in a communication device which dispersed. This instance led fans to doubts his black costume to be his true form.
The “Justice League” movie is currently in the post production process. The film will be releasing on November 17th, 2017. Recently, Director Zack Snyder also gave fans their first look at Amber Heard as Mera before wrapping up their filming in Iceland.
