Marvel’s Jessica Jones turned into a fan favorite in the span of only one season. The show also managed to introduce and promote the famous Luke Cage as well. But currently, the release date for season 2 remains a mystery.

While fans may distract themselves from the anticipation thanks to Luke Cage, it looks like Netflix wants the audience to binge-watch Jessica Jones season 1 again. The show’s most anticipated Blu-Ray release date has been unveiled.

JB HI-Fi recently updated their website with details on Jessica Jones season 1 on Blu-Ray. According to the description, the physical copy will be priced at $44.98. However, it is not finalized yet. The description claims that Jessica Jones Blu-ray will release later this year on December 7. The product details say that the copy has 3 Blu-Ray CDs inside.

Amazon still hasn’t updated its listing yet. However, fans can pre-order the Blu-Ray version from JB HI-FI here. The delivery cost starts from $1.69 and will vary depending on location.

Jessica Jones season 1 featured David Tennant’s Kilgrave as the main antagonist.  However, it was confirmed by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg that “we’ll never create that again [Kilgrave]. That is one of the great iconic character played by a profoundly talented actor. The objective is not to match that. Not to try to do that again.”

Marvel’s Jessica Jones season 1 is currently available on Netflix for streaming. Fans can watch its entire 13 episodes or wait for its Blu-Ray release.
