What's This?

Janet Jackson wants to become a mother at 49. The lady is so serious about the family planning that she postponed her tour.

Radar Online learned from a source that Jackson has postponed her “Unbreakable World Tour” as she prepares to become a mom. Rumors of her battling throat cancer did rounds after she postponed her tour and it now seems that these are untrue. The source explained, “Janet has put her fans first her whole life. They are her world and, of course, she is devastated that she had to postpone the tour for another year.”

The source also stated, “But Janet’s health crisis this year really made her much more aware of her age.” As such, she is now serious about having a baby. “She is approaching 50 and at this stage of her life all that she wants is to become a mother.”

Jackson may not be able to conceive a child at this age. However, this does not mean her dream of having a baby is forever out of her reach. She may adopt a child or get a baby through a surrogate mother. This can be within 2 months and thus, the tour is postponed for one more year.

The source has mentioned that she is devoted to her husband and he wants a family with her. Jackson has reportedly decided to put him as her priority by deciding to become a mother. This is hardly a hearsay because Jackson herself said so! As per CNN, in a video released on Twitter, the lady said, “I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour.”

Janet Jackson married a businessman, Wissam Al Mana, 41 back in 2012. This is her third marriage but she remained childless. While she said she will postpone her tour, it remains to be seen if she will retire permanently. After all, becoming a mom is serious work and takes time and dedication.
