‘Ironman’ Robert Downey Jr. Mocks Tom Hiddleston, Taylor Swift Romance

“Ironman” star Robert Downey Jr., welcomed co-star Tom Hiddleston to the world of Instagram by making a joke about his relationship with Taylor Swift.


The 35-year-old actor Tom Hiddleston, who plays as villain Loki against Robert Downey’s “Ironman,” debuted in Instagram last Tuesday.

But his 51-year-old actor co-star, who known for his pranks and jokes, made fun of Tom Hiddleston and his controversial romance with Taylor Swift by posting his Instagram photo.

In the snap, Tom Hiddleston can be seen wearing the white shirt with the text “I <3 T.S.” that he wore in his Fourth of July getaway with the Bad Blood singer, Mirror UK said.

“Ironman” actor Robert Downey Jr. then captioned the photo with, “Join me in welcoming the biggest T. Stark fan of them all to Instagram! @twhiddleston (sic).”

Tom Hiddleston’s relationship with Taylor Swift has been making headlines for the past month after the singer started dating him just days after her split with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris.

Since then, the couple was photographed packing on PDA in different places, which some alleged that his career has been affected.

Meanwhile in his debut Instagram photo, Tom Hiddleston firs uploaded his photo in Loki character with the text, “He’s back!”

Tom Hiddleston will reprise his role as the villain in Marvel’s “Ironman” after appearing on “The Avengers” in 2012, TIME said.

In an interview, The Night Manager actor said of his role, “It’s amazing to be back, amazing. I’ve only shot for about a week but it’s so much fun, because I haven’t played the character for three and a half years and the script is brilliant, [director] Taika Waititi is brilliant.”

He added, “I’ve shot a couple of scenes and it’s just the best fun. It is like seeing an old friend again.”
