According to Bloomberg, Apple has started production with their new iPhone 7 smartphones. This phone is powered by the latest and unique Force Touch display screen.

The Force Touch feature enables the device to react depending on the pressure of touch on the display. Force Touch has already been incorporated in the Apple Watch and the new Apple MacBook. The iPhone 7 is highly expected to be unveiled in the month of September this year, following Apple’s tradition.

As this new Force Touch device has already entered its “early production” stage, full-scale manufacturing should start this month.

Considering the depth of reports coming from different tech news websites, Apple is gearing up for a mid- September launch of iPhone 7, its details revealed early.

There is a dilemma regarding the naming of this new iPhone. If we take a look at the naming patterns of Apple over the last few years then it should be called iPhone 6S. Although some experts are taking a different stand by stating that this device has enough reason to be named iPhone 7. Others are suspecting that Apple may choose anything like iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 Plus or something totally new.

Looks-wise, this Force Touch smartphone is quite similar to its predecessor, which is a valid point for Apple not to give a new name for this. This will be available in 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch variants. Analyst Ming Chi-Kuo, who has an impressive track record of getting hold of inside information, said that iPhone 7 will more or less flaunt the same design as its predecessor, except it will be slightly thicker, longer and broader, because of the Force Touch feature. It will also be available in a Rose Gold.

Force Touch will surely be the distinguishing factor everyone is looking forward to. There should be few upgrades to memory capacity, and people are mostly looking for the latest iOS 9 platform. With the new iPhone 7, Apple is trying hard to provide a tough competition to rival Samsung, which this year has introduced its latest Galaxy smartphone with higher-viewing angles.
