iPhone 6S Activation Behind 40% Compared To iPhone 6 – Reports
iPhone 6S is not doing as great as iPhone 6. When compared to iPhone 6, reports suggest that the latest smartphone’s activation rate is lagging behind by 40%.
A report published by Forbes on September 28 says that whereas iPhone 6S Plus is doing a good job when it comes to activation, iPhone 6S is lagging behind by 40% when compared to iPhone 6. The smartphone with a bigger screen has not yet broken the record of previous activations, but it is still not doing a bad job.
What can be the reason?
Smartphones are changing. It won’t be completely wrong to say that smartphones are desktops in your pocket. And no one seems to be getting comfortable with 4.7-inch desktops.

Both smartphones, iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, despite their differences, are priced almost the same. So when people go to stores to buy an iPhone, they prefer a bigger sized iPhone. Apple, kindly take a hint! People are interested in larger displays.
No matter how true the report is, the new iPhones are in demand. Go to the technology sections on any platform – social media, television, news websites, and you will find iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus trending there. We cannot deny the fact that even a country like China has come up with a strategy where sperm donors will be given money to buy the latest iPhone. Currently, Apple is also busy fixing bugs found in apps as well as iOS 9. Once the bugs are fixed, you never know when the activation rates of both the iPhones may shoot.
