On Monday, the American professional wrestler and actor – Hulk Hogan, took another shot in the courtroom against the online media company Gawker.

NY Post stated that after Hogan took home a $140 million legal victory over a Sex Tape Lawsuit against Gawker, the famous professional wrestling is now accusing the blog network of leaking sealed court documents that allegedly captured the WWE Hall of Fame using multiple derogatory and racist words.

It can be remembered that back in 2007, the most recognized wrestling star encountered his best friend’s wife and he unleashed  extremely unpleasant words about his daughter Brooke’s black boyfriend.

From a transcript of the recording, Hogan can be heard saying, “I mean, I’d rather if she was going to f–k some n—-r, I’d rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n—-r worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player! I guess we’re all a little racist. F—ing n—-r.”

Hogan claimed Gawker Media leaked the notorious recordings to the National Enquirer, thereby destroying Hogan’s reputation and costing him a large amount of money.

When the recording got published online, the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) immediately kicked Hogan out of the professional wrestling company. Hogan also got extracted from their website and Hall of Fame.

However, as stated by Recode, the lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan, whose real name Terry Bollea, did not specify any amount in damages. Elizabeth Traub, Hogan’s representative stated that, “Any damages sought will be argued to the jury.”

On the other hand, the Bollea legal team said in a statement, “Mr. Bollea said from the start that he would seek to hold all persons and entities fully responsible for their wrongful actions. This lawsuit seeks to do just that.”

From their part, Gawker Media said Hogan is abusing the legal system. The site representatives said Hogan is“abusing the court system to control his public image.”
