What's This?

Things are heating up on the “Bachelor in Paradise,” as Amanda Stanton finds herself in the eye of a storm after going out on a date with Josh Murray despite her recent outing with Nick Viall.

However, the 25-year-old single mom was quick to explain in her blog the reason behind her decision to spend quality time with Josh despite her seemingly budding relationship with Nick.

There were speculations that the kissing scene between her and “The Bachelorette” season 10 first runner-up was merely staged just to pull up the show’s ratings.

However, Amanda Stanton revealed that she was completely overwhelmed by the “amount of hate” she received after Monday’s episode of “Bachelor in Paradise” 2016 saying that people don’t have a clear picture of what is happening between her and Nick Viall behind the camera, according to Us Weekly.

It was during that talk when she expressed her attraction for the 35-year-old bachelor, but was turned off when he told her that he was actually eyeing “The Bachelor” season 20’s Jen Saviano. Moreover, she bared that the “Bachelor in Paradise” lead star only showed interest her when the cameras were actually rolling.

“Mine and Nick’s date didn’t go as well as it was portrayed on the show,” she wrote in her blog.

“It was a fine first date. We had good conversation. We kissed. But there weren’t those ‘sparks’ like I was hoping for,” she added.

Bad blood has been reportedly brewing between Nick Viall and Josh Murray long before the filming of the “Bachelor in Paradise,” which could be the reason why the former has been quite aggressive in pursuing Amanda Stanton, according to People.

To recall, both were contestants of Andi Dorfman’s “The Bachelorette,” wherein the New York native won and got engaged with Andi, which made Nick Viall bitter.

But the two eventually broke up their engagement January of last year, after which the former assistant district attorney released a tell-all book detailing her relationship with the hunk from Syracuse.

With these recent developments, could the “Bachelor In Paradise” be turning out to be a love triangle between Amanda Stanton, Nick Viall and Josh Murray?
