Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are divorced and living under the same roof! Is a possible reconciliation in the horizon?
For the people who think ex-spouses are incapable of being friends, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are not only looking to prove them wrong but leave their jaws hanging wide open. The two former flames have found the perfect way to co-exist and it’s pretty unconventional.
Gwyneth Paltrow And Chris Martin Divorce
Even though they are legally separated, Paltrow still has a room in her house exclusively for Martin, and he is free to use it whenever he wishes!
So what’s the excuse for Martin crashing at Paltrow’s place? “Chris and Gwyneth will never be fully apart while those kids are underage,” reports Radar Online.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have two kids together – Apple, who is 12 years old, and Moses, who is 10 years old. Since both of them are at that tender age when a broken home can be quite complicated for them to understand, their parents have decided to go forward with this odd yet better alternative.
Also, Paltrow and Martin have not taken this decision in the spur of the moment. They have really thought it through working out a system so that none of them are infringing upon each other’s private lives.
Gwyneth Paltrow And Brad Falchuk Dating
Martin cannot just show up at Paltrow’s house unannounced. He has to text her first to know if it’s alright if he drops by, in case Paltrow has company for the day or night and wishes to be left alone. Martin also has a similar arrangement in his own Malibu house and Paltrow can hang out with the kids at his place too.
And by “company”, we mean Brad Falchuk, the man in her life right now. It is still uncertain as to what Falchuk thinks about all this and whether he would be allowed to have a say in all this.
When Paltrow had announced her “conscious uncoupling” from Martin on her fashion and lifestyle website, Goop, she had almost ended up crashing its servers, due to torrents of people flocking in to read the shocking news!
She had later opened up about that in an interview on LinkedIn and regretted her decision of doing so. “It was such a difficult time in my life and I was trying so hard to protect my children and my family, Chris included. We were both fragile. It was really tough. To me, it felt like this is a quiet way to do this and it is contained,” she said.
Paltrow and Martin have always maintained that their children’s wellbeing comes first and their odd living arrangements also seem to confirm that. But it would not be surprising if the less than conventional arrangements were to bring up some old feelings or stir up some fond memories in the near future.
Would they end up eventually getting back together?
