By far fans have come across Kurt Russell’s costume for his character Ego. Furthermore, it has also been confirmed that Ego is in fact Star-Lord’s father. While there were more details revealed during the screening at SDCC, the cast and director of Guardians of the Galaxy 2 gave fans some insight from the exclusive footage.
Marvel Entertainment just released its interview taken at Hall H from SDCC. In the video Kurt Russell shares his experience being a part of MCU and some details on his character Ego.
Chris Pratt also spoke about working with Kurt Rusell. “Kurt never complaints, he’s tough,” he said. The Star-Lord also shared some instances when he worked beside Kurt in sets as well.
Dave Bautista also spoke about his character Drax and shared details from the teaser trailer. But James Gunn gave fans a minor spoiler at 5:28 in the video below.
The director revealed that Stan Lee’s role in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is his “favorite cameo ever done” in Marvel Cinematic Universe. Stan Lee seems to have revealed to Gunn that he “absolutely loved” his appearance in the movie.
Pom Klementieff also spoke about her character Mantis in Guardians of the Galaxy 2. The 30 year old actress shared her experience with the cast and spoke about her time at Hall H in SDCC, watching the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 teaser trailer for the first time.
While James Gunn did tease his cameo appearance in the video, it’s too vague to predict as of now. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will be releasing on April 25, 2017.
