PS5 vs Xbox Two Rumors: GTA 6 To Banner Next-Gen Consoles?
Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) is one of the highly awaited games, but it may take years before Rockstar Games actually comes out with one for its followers.Advertisement
The earliest year that GTA 6 may come out is 2018. Right now, the only thing gamers have to hold on to is that fact that Rockstar Games is allegedly in the early developmental stages. It is believed that GTA 6 will eventually come with VR-features, a trend that is becoming a requirement for current and future games.
What We Know About GTA 6 So Far
Being in the early stages of development, the best is to perhaps look at what GTA 6 game developers have to work on like maybe the main characters.
The word out for so long is that Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes will be lending their voice as talents to the main protagonists of GTA 6. Worth noting is that Mendes’ alleged casting will mean that the game will feature a female protagonist for the first time.
As far as the location and maps are concerned, various locations have been mentioned. That includes possibly using a map of London, Mexico City or even San Diego. Like the release date and the character voices, this is another thing that Rockstar Games has yet to confirm.
VR Feature On Course For Xbox Two, PS5
Of the features mentioned, it seems that seeing a virtual reality-ready game makes more sense. With GTA 6 years away, such should be ample time for game developers to apply the necessary high resolution quality for the game.

If that is the case, it could come out at about the same time that Microsoft and Sony would be releasing their respective next-generation game consoles – Xbox Two and the PlayStation 5. With that in mind, GTA 6 is likely to carry some heavy specs meaning only top consoles can accommodate its hardware requirements.
