What's This?

“Grimm” Season 6 is now in the works as the writers once again put their heads together to decide what the future holds for Nick Burkhardt. Although the script is far from finished, there is already speculation to what season 6 has in store such as Renards plans and the ultimate choice between Adalind or Juliette/ Eve.

In TV Line’s Ask Ausiello, two interesting information was revealed about the upcoming season. First off, Eve (or is it Juliette?) will debut with a new power possibly a side effect of Juliette’s personality/ emotional attachments getting restored at the end of season 5.

The second is that Nick Burkhardt will finally choose between the mother of his child Adalind or his original sweetheart Juliette. Either way choosing one will definitely have an impact on their relationships.

There is also Sean Renard to consider. In an interview with TV Insider, David Giuntoli revealed that Renard will be the main villain and Black Claw will be taking the sidelines in “Grimm” season 6.

There are speculations that Renard will play the good guy and turn on Nick later on as “payment” for saving his life. He will probably use Diana, his daughter with Adalind, and her uncontrollable powers to get the upper hand.

Trying to convince his daughter into killing Nick will be a piece of cake considering how impressionable Diana is. With all this happening around him and Juliette’s return, our protagonist certainly has his hands full this season.

Giuntoli also revealed that the magical healing stick will likely be used again in season 6 after its powers were demonstrated in the finale. Saving both him and Juliette hinted at the stick’s power and he worries about the implications should it fall into the wrong hands.

“Grimm” season 6 premieres on NBC this fall having only 13 episodes instead of the standard 22.
