As reported by Morning News USA, Jon Snow may probably be declared a member of the Stark family upon his personal determination of his parents’ origins. Deemed dead from season five of “Game of Thrones,” Snow has been the center of attention for the upcoming season since Kit Harington, the actor who plays Snow, has declared last September that Jon Snow is, in fact, very much alive come season 6.
Since it’s old news that Jon Snow is appearing in season six, here’s something that has not been revealed about the character: he’s considering marriage! Although it’s not Jon Snow, per say, but Harington has claimed that his ultimate life goals include getting married possibly to co-star Rose Leslie, the actress who plays Ygritte in “Game of Thrones.”
The two have been recently spotted shopping together in London last October after the couple broke up twice since 2013, reported Design & Trend.
Express reported that 49-year-old actor and “Sherlock” co-creator, Mark Gatiss, revealed that he may not be taking part in the next installments of “Game of Thrones,” which may reveal that his character, Tycho Nestoris, may not survive in season six.
An excerpt released by George R.R Martin, the author of “Winds of Winter,” the basis of “Game of Thrones” season six, suggests that Tycho will be able to find Stannis after being sent by Jon Snow. He was allegedly asked to inform Stannis about the deceit that the Karstarks have laid out for him. Furthermore, it was also revealed that Stannis will be brought by Tycho to Castle Black under the command of the Night’s Watch to secure his survival. Will the absence of Gatiss in upcoming seasons of “Game of Thrones” signal that he may not be able to survive the said journey?
In other news, Entertainment Weekly reported that “Game of Thrones” landed a nomination in the upcoming Golden Globes 2016.
Landing awards in the 2016 Golden Globes, a confirmed absentee in upcoming seasons, and the possibility that Jon Snow will finally know the truth behind his bloodline, Game of Thrones season 6 will surely be one to watch! Catch the latest episode air on February 2016.
