What's This?

“Game of Thrones” season 6 was pretty big for Bran Stark as he knows more and more about his power of Greensight. With the coming Long Night, many believe that he and his powers will be pivotal in repelling the White Walkers but more importantly, it might also reveal what is his true role in the history of the Seven Kingdoms.

According to Uproxx, after the big revelation in The Door that he can apparently alter the past using his powers, fans have been clamoring though all related material to theorize some sort of explanation. Is Hodor the only case of him altering the past?

After “Game of Thrones” episode, 5 showed a vision of the Mad King yelling Burn them all!! Many took it as a hint of Bran Stark meddling in the past. Theorist suggests that Burn them all is the next Hold the door as he tries to stop Aerys Targaryen from killing his uncle and grandfather.

According to Yahoo, after HBO released a sketch of Brandon the Builder being carried in a sort of platform, fans believe that the legendary ancestor of the Starks was also a cripple. This resemblance seemed to good to be just a coincidence and suggests that there is a deeper connection between the two.

If Bran Stark really is connected to Brandon the Builder though his powers of Greensight, this might be the reason why the Night King is too keen on killing him. Brandon the Builder is the one who erected The Wall and his knowledge might be helpful to once again repel the White Walkers in the Long Night.

Did Bran have a hand in all the major events in the history of Westeros? Did his powers impact more than just a poor stable boy? Watch ‘Game of Thrones’ season 6 as it concludes this month only on HBO.
