“Game of Thrones” has now entered its 4th week and the story has moved past the consequences of season 5. Finally entering new territories, it seems that a new conflict is brewing and everyone is anxious to know what is next.

After episode 3 titled “Oathbreaker” aired and revealed the return of Rickon Stark as well as the current fate of Tyrion, Daenerys, and Jon Snow, HBO has given us a new set of clues to what happens next. The post credits show something big – literally, a huge shadow over Vaes Dothrak in the shape of a dragon.

Pictures obtained from the ‘Game of Thrones’ set show burnt buildings similar to those in Vaes Dothrak. Now with Daenerys currently in the Dothraki city and about to go on trial for breaking tradition, this explains in part why the dragons to be there.

Previously in “Home”, Tyrion released Rhaegal and Viserion from their chains to prevent them from suffering the fate of the other Targaryen dragons. Whether they were let out of the dungeon or not was never revealed although Tyrion already stated that the dragons should be free to “roam”.

Additionally, Drogon the largest of Daenerys’ dragons, is still loose and he hasn’t been seen since he was captured in season 5. It is possible that Drogon has followed the Dothraki horde all the way to Vaes Dothrak.

Now with Daenerys in danger as her trial for breaking Dothraki law begins, her dragons might once again bail her out as Drogon did in the fighting pits of Mereen. With the current size of her dragons, they could possibly destroy the entire city especially with its lack of defenses, relying on the size of the horde’s conquered territory.

Will they finally show the true firepower of the last Targaryen dragons as a prelude to the reconquest of Westeros? Be sure to watch “Game of Thrones” every Sunday on HBO and find out.
