Last year, when Samsung launched Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Note 5 at the Galaxy Unpacked event, rumors about Galaxy S7 had begun, and half of the rumors were true. Now, as Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have been launched, Galaxy S8 is slowly coming to light. But as Note 6 is still awaited, there are not many experts speaking about the next flagship phone.

Samsung is, without a doubt, working on manufacturing better and “all-in-one” devices. We also saw how much the company loves entertainment as it launched Galaxy TabPro S solely for entertainment lovers. If you are into gaming, movies and music, TabPro S is your gadget.

Does that mean Galaxy S8 toll will be a gadget you prefer to watch HD movies, excellent quality music and high-graphic games?

According to a report published by Autoomobile, “Technology design company, ARM has partnered up with Samsung, Nvidia and Texas Instruments to come out with a new chip that they are now saying will generate visuals as good as consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One.”

The report further says, “This could mean that we might be seeing a smartphone that will be able to match the graphics of gaming consoles in the near future and since Samsung has been working on it with them, chances are Samsung will be the first to start introducing a graphically superior smartphone first.” Now that is something big.

We can say that with TabPro S, Sasmung has already stepped into hardcore gaming, so the company now knows what its strengths and weaknesses are. As we know, Gear VR is also a gadget for gaming. Samsung, hence, needs more devices that support its own gadget as well as enhances the VR experience. The company may also choose another name for the smartphone touted to be as good as a PS4.
