Awaiting the mid-season premiere of The Fosters season 3, it was revealed that one of the show’s love interests would be forced to call off their relationship as Callie and Brandon have been legally declared siblings.
Knowing that they have to separate, the pair would be forced to direct their attention to other matters and projects, especially entertaining other people into their lives. Callie would be focusing on her website and become the flagship for foster children and raise issues with the fostering system. Now that she has been made a member of a family, she finally earns the opportunity to do what she has always wanted for her life.
On the other hand, Brandon will be focusing on a new project: creating a musical adaptation of “Romeo and Juliet.” In fact, he may have his eyes on new girl Courtney. He was revealed to be opening his doors to a romantic relationship with her. Wouldn’t that be weird since he and Callie are living under the same roof now?
It seems that their new plans are in line with what they want to happen onwards. They might come into an agreement to move on, date other people and leave their past behind. Although Callie wants to move on with Brandon, he says, “No, we can’t do this together. We need to do it separately and on our own.”
In other news, it was reported that Jude has been spending more time with Jack, another foster child he met during a foster youth event. In fact, Callie is shocked that he has been bonding with other fosters apart from her.
Catch the mid-season premiere of The Fosters season 3 only on ABC’s Freeform this February 8.
