Thanks to a leaked image from England, the release date of the free demo version of “Forza Horizon 3” has finally been revealed.

The photo was taken from a video game kiosk in Preston. A random passerby was kind enough to take a snapshot of the advertisement and share it online.

He then posted the image on NeoGAF, much to the delight of Forza aficionados everywhere. The free demo version of “Forza Horizon 3” is said to release on Friday, September 12. The full version of the game will be available to the general public later next month.

On its official Twitter page, GAME Preston showed a closer look at the release date, while announcing a fastest lap competition for “Assetto Corsa.” Some followers congratulated the page for unofficially revealing the release date of the free “Forza Horizon 3” demo.

According to Windows Central, “Forza Horizon 3” is set in the Australian outback. Fans can expect a bevy of new features as well as cross-platform play between Xbox One and Windows 10.

The free demo will likely act as a tutorial to let players explore the vibrant open world before the full game actually releases. It will also act as a preview to the vehicles that will be offered in “Forza Horizon 3.”

Microsoft Studios, the game’s publisher, previously announced that this year’s iteration of “Forza Horizon” will feature the classic Ferrari 166MM. Players can also take control of the 1972 Reliant Supervan III, the first three-wheeled car in a “Forza” title.

“Forza Horizon 3” was announced in June 2016 at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, California. The game will be available on September 27. Those who pre-order the Ultimate Edition version will have access five days earlier. They will also get exclusive cars and six expansion packs.
