Mercedes signed Nico Rosberg for two more years, according to Niki Lauda. According to Mercedes’ non-executive chairman, “We are quite agreed on a new two-year contract. The details have yet to be worked out.”

According to a report from Autoweek, the brief meeting between Lauda and Rosberg took place when Rosberg and his wife walked into Vivi’s Creamery in Ibiza and was surprised when Lauda also came in the ice parlor later on.

Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene says the team’s 2016 car is “very sensitive.” Despite failing to score any race wins yet this season, Arrivabene is confident that his team can still achieve at least three wins before the season is over. According to a report from Examiner, Arrivabene explains their car this year is “difficult to set up.”

Nonetheless, he said, “I am sure that with the work we are doing we will demonstrate its full potential.”
