“The Flash” Season 3 brings along with it Flashpoint, Kid Flash and more! Find out what’s in store for fans on this season of “The Flash”.
“The Flash” Season 2 initiated the biggest cliffhanger of the DC universe yet – the Flashpoint – which could prove to be a game changer and the consequences of which will be faced by the characters on Season 3.
Barry Allen has gone back in time and saved his mother from getting killed by the Reverse Flash after witnessing Zoom killing his father in front of his eyes in the present time.
While this leads to a positive outcome in Barry’s life, it also means that the lives of all the characters will go through pretty significant changes, not all of which will be as desirable as Barry’s journey.
‘The Flash’ Season 3 Spoilers
“The Flash” Season 3 premiere is titled “Flashpoint”, which would document all these changes, including the introduction of a new superhero (and from the looks of it, the only superhero), the Kid Flash.
Barry will have both his parents by his side alive, which means that he will no longer feel the need to become the Flash, reports TV Guide, though he will still be working as a forensic pathologist with the CCPD.
Barry will finally get to sit back and be the normal guy he always wanted to be and even take Iris out on a date night. However, as a cost of living in an alternate universe, he will begin losing parts of his memories, reports Coming Soon Net.
And soon his powers will begin to fade. Meanwhile, the Reverse Flash will briefly appear to warn him of the dire consequences his close ones will suffer if he continues to live in the alternate universe.
When disaster strikes in Central City, will Barry choose his duty over his long desire to have a family?
“The Flash” Season 3 Premieres on The CW on October 4.
The CW has released three exclusive videos. While first one is a sneak peek of the premiere episode, the other two shows Keiynan Lonsdale (Wally West) and Carlos Valdes (Cisco Ramon) talking about the fates of their respective characters in the upcoming “Flashpoint” on “The Flash” Season 3.
