The People’s Choice Awards is subjected to voting, and it seems that loyal fans of the group have done their best to make this possible. Fifth Harmony songs from their previous album “Reflection” made the year so successful for the group. The album has two platinum records, “BO$$” and “Sledgehammer.”
The other single, “Worth It,” has multiple platinum records to its credit. The single sold 3 million copies. It debuted on number 12 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and was a hit ever since. This has been the most successful single by the band. This was only the seventh single by an artist to receive such multiple platinum statuses in 2015.
Ally, Normani, Lauren, Camila and Dinah are currently preparing for the release of their next album some time this year. The album will be released via Syco/Epic Records.
The Fifth Harmony songs may not have any awards but they sure have definite impact. The other big winner of the night was Taylor Swift. She won Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Pop Artist. Ed Sheeran scored Favorite Male Artist and “What Do You Mean?” by Justin Bieber won Favorite Song.
