EXO Cited As One Of The Best Names For KPop Groups

EXO is one of the most successful boy bands in Korea. After they staged their comeback, they won victories and performed in full-packed concert venues. Recently, together with the girl group, Twice, they were named as the best name brands for KPop groups.


According to SOOMPI, Park Jae Hyun, a branding expert said during an episode of MBC show, My Little Television that the band and Twice were both strong names. According to him, the two groups have well-thought names.

He said that EXO has a name recall. And because of its pronunciation it is easily retained in people’s memory. It is easy to say that is why it is one of the best KPop group’s idol’s names in South Korea.

SM Entertainment’s famous boys made another career milestone. Their recent concerts were witnessed by more than 84,000 fans.

The group’s “The EXO’rDIUMconcerts gave them the recognition as the first performers who made six concerts at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Stadium. Their concerts last July 22 until July 24 and July 29 until the end of month were all sold-out.

Looking back, the original members of the band were lessened by three when Tao, Kris and Luhan left SM Entertainment. They ventured into solo careers. However, their departure from the group caused lawsuits. They filed cases against the company for various reasons.

Recently, according to Movie News Guide, Kris and Luhan reunited with their former company. They were taken in, but not as members but as solo artists. Their contracts were extended until 2022. The lawsuits were settled before they were taken in as talents again.

EXO will earn more prestigious awards in the future. They were able to grab the top spots in the music charts lately. Even their band’s name is a winner.
