Dylan O’ Brien Shock Fans, Unrecognizable After “Maze Runner” Accident

Dylan O’ Brien was seen for the first time after his near-death accident that happened in the set of “Maze Runner.”


The 24-year-old actor was seen by a fan and asked to have photos with him in Jamba Juice in Sherman Oaks, California despite his growing facial hair.

The fan, Vanessa Denegri, who was working at the store, then tweeted her photo with the “Teen Wolf” actor and captioned it with, “Guys I just met Dylan [O’Brien] he just walked into Jamba Juice.”

She added, “My life has been made, meeting you was the best thing ever @dylanobrien.”

According to E! News, the fans told that Dylan O’Brien was in good spirits while buying his Kaleribbean Breeze drink.

One Twitter user also asked Vanessa if the Teen Wolf actor Dylan looked healthy now and has fully recovered after the March incident to where she replied, “He looks a lot better. He was smiling and all!”

Dylan O’Brien sustained multiple injuries last March while on the set of the movie “Maze Runner: The Death Cure,” People said.

It was in March 18 when Dylan O’Brien was doing a scene where he was in a harness on top of a moving vehicle. He was accidentally pulled off from the vehicle and got hit by another, causing him to have “concussion, facial fracture and lacerations,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The accident has led to the postponement of production for the movie and is scheduled to be continued last May.

However, the team decided to postpone it again to give Dylan O’Brien the time to fully recover.

Director Wes Ball has made his statement regarding the incident, saying that he was sorry for the grief if the accident.

“Well, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions these past few days,” he tweeted days after the accident happened. “I’ve been overwhelmed with feelings of anger and sadness and guilt. But, ultimately I find myself left with a deep love and respect for Dylan. He is one tough cookie.”
