Drake, Justin Bieber Collaborate For ‘One Dance’
Drake and Justin Bieber hinted collaboration last weekend in Monaco. Is this going to excite fans?Advertisement
According to MTV, Justin Bieber will be featured to an unreleased remix of Drake’s no. 1 song “One Dance.”
The report added that this rumor started when video clips from a Formula 1 party in Monaco surfaced online, featuring the “Love Yourself” singer’s voice singing to the beat of “One Dance.”
Billboard said that this Drake and Justin Bieber collaboration was co-produced by Nineteen85, Noah “40” Shebib and DJ Maphorisa.
Twitter user Jb posted the video clip showing partygoers dancing to the beat of Justin Bieber, which he captioned with, “Justin x drake remix!!!” He also added one more snippet to tease fans on Twitter about the lavish bash.
Justin Bieber, who has been on his “Purpose” tour, was also in the Formula 1 party to debut his new single with Major Lazer, “Cold Water.”
Diplo, meanwhile, told in Lazer Sound Beats 1 that “Cold Water” will be released this coming weekend, with feature vocals from MØ.
While Justin Bieber is busy for his world tour for his album “Purpose,” Drake’s Views from the 6 album continues it juggernaut to Billboard Hot 100.
His “One Dance” song is still unmoved despite the threat on Ariana Grande’s newly released Dangerous Woman album.
“One Dance” has been in top 1 for three weeks now and is reportedly the number 1 most heard song on the radio.
Aside from that, Drake has also dethroned Justin Bieber as the Spotify’s most-streamed artist in its history.
Kworb said that he has been streamed 10 million more times than his new “One Dance” collaborator. The Baby singer placed second on the list followed by Ed Sheeran.
The singer’s Views from the 6 has also gone platinum a week after its release, with Apple Music exclusively streaming it for two weeks prior to its availability on Spotify on the second week of May.
