Donald Trump Sued For Rape
Republican front runner Donald Trump has been accused of raping a woman when she was a teenager.Advertisement
The lawsuit, filed by the woman identified as Katie Johnson in a California court on April 26, accuses the business mogul as well as pedophile Jeffrey Epstein of “sexual abuse under threat of harm” and “conspiracy to deprive civil rights.”
The story has been exclusively covered by RadarOnline.com.
The development comes as a threat to sideline Trump, who is currently on course to clinch the GOP nomination for the presidential elections in November. Speaking out about the allegations against him, he spoke with Radar, calling them “not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated.”
“There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period,” he added.
In the lawsuit, Trump and Epstein have been accused of “sexual abuse under threat of harm” and “conspiracy to deprive civil rights.” Johnson further claims that “she was subject to extreme sexual and physical abuse” since she was 13 years old.
“On the first occasion,” she “was forced to manually stimulate Defendant Trump with the use of her hand … until he reached sexual orgasm,” she wrote in the documents. “On the second occasion,” she says she “was forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing her mouth upon Defendant Trump’s erect penis until he reached sexual orgasm.”
“On the third occasion,” she says she “was forced to engage in an unnatural lesbian sex act,” with a 12-year-old “sex slave.” She added, “Both minors were forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing their mouths simultaneously on his erect penis until he achieved sexual orgasm.”
She also says she was warned to not disclose the incidents of abuse to anyone. “[The alleged victim] was fully warned on more than one occasion by both defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E, Epstein, that were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse that she had suffered as a sex slave for defendant Trump and defendant Epstein, that plaintiff Johnson and her family would be in mortal danger,” she said in her closing statement.
As reported by Mirror.co.uk, the accusations against Trump came to light less than 24 hours after he became the subject of criticism after announcing during a campaign trial in Indianapolis that he had been endorsed by Mike Tyson. In 1992, Tyson was convicted of raping beauty pageant contestant Desiree Washington.
Meanwhile, Trump’s confidante Roger Stone has come to the business mogul’s aid, saying that the “lawsuit sounds like BS – plain and simple.”
“It smacks of a political smear job!” Stone said, according to Radar Online.
