What's This?

On August 13, Occupy Democrats posted a photo of Donald Trump’s gold toilet bowl on Facebook, sarcastically stating how an elitist leader can understand sentiments related to common American people.

The photo was captioned with, “If you think a silver-spoon billionaire has anything in common with regular working Americans, you must be a Trump supporter.”

Donald Trump Gold Toilet Belongs to Hong Kong Entrepreneur Lam Sai-wing

According to the Wall Street Journal, the gold toilet in actuality belonged to Lam Sai-wing, a Hong Kong-based entrepreneur.

Due to an insecure global economy over the past few years, gold prices were pushed into the stratosphere. Hong Kong entrepreneur Lam Sai-wing felt that rise as well. During the last decade, Sai-wing constructed a palace of gold, decorated with six tons of the precious metal. Sai-wing is the owner of a retail jewelry business known as Hang Fung Gold Technology.

While the price of gold had touched the four-digit territory earlier this year, Sai-wing had been taking apart his hall of gold the same way he once raced to construct it. However, with the entire selloff in progress, the toilet is staying.

Donald Trump’s War Against the Media

Among the negative attacks on the Republican candidate, and the untruthful issues surrounding him, the real estate mogul has waged a massive war against the media. It was reported by CNN that the GOP nominee was tweeting about nothing but lashes against the media.

His angry words were exclusively focused on how the media is “protecting” Hillary Clinton.

“If the disgusting and corrupt media covered me honestly and didn’t put false meaning into the words I say, I would be beating Hillary by 20%,” he said.

“It is not ‘freedom of the press’ when newspapers and others are allowed to say and write whatever they want even if it is completely false!”
