“Deadpool 2” Negasonic Teenage Warhead actress revealed to her fans that she is gay and has a girlfriend. Brianna Hildebrand, the actress behind the sassy character, is very chill and open about her sexual orientation.

She’s so open about it — no grand announcement — that it did create that much of a buzz. Not to mention, we kinda felt it while watching “Deadpool.”

In several tweets as early as February, she made sure her fans know fully well that she is gay and happy, as reported by Auto Straddle. She’s out to her parents, and does not see the point of hiding in the closet like other actresses. Her tweets all contained the words “my girlfriend” so it’s quite clear that she’s taken.

The “cool as shit” character (Deadpool’s very own words!) is very cool about about sharing the mundane details of her relationship. She revealed that she’s already playing house with her girlfriend in one of the tweets.

“I’m trying to sleep but my girlfriend won’t stop playing Family Feud on her iPhone,” she wrote.

“Last night my girlfriend and I told ourselves that we bought 6 bags of Milk Chocolate Cadbury Eggs because Easter. Today I’m not so sure..”she tweeted as well.

Her fans seem to be okay with it, with many even congratulating her and wishing her relationship well.

While it’s not that shocking that she is gay, she just proved to the world that gays do not hate guys or do not have the capacity to appreciate beautiful people of the opposite sex.

In her interview with ET Online, she revealed that she had a huge crush on Ryan Reynolds when she was a teen! “I actually had photoshopped myself into a picture with him when I was maybe a freshman in high school,” said Hildebrand, who even showed Reynolds the photo while on set. “I’m like, ‘Ryan, look at this! You used to be my best friend in my mind!’ He did a great job of not seeming super freaked out.”
