DCEU Fans Photoshop The Man Of Steel, Points Out Issues With Snyder’s Dark & Epic Filming

While some have been critical, fans have supported Zack Snyder from the start for his Dark and Epic portrayal of the Man of Steel in DCEU. The director has also gone all the way to include his concept in Wonder Woman movie’s cinematography.

Henry Cavill as Superman is definitely the best choice by the studio. While there may be nothing wrong with the choice of actor, DCEU has ignored certain traits and attribution that could present Superman as “Hope” rather than a killing machine who could wipe off the entire human race.

The issue was first submitted on reddit as a humor. The post suggested “Superman should smile more.” What started out as a joke has caught the trend with #Manofsmiles all over reddit.

In Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the Man of Steel was solely portrayed as a hero going through dark times. While it was important for the plot for Clark Kent to have his tough look, fans cannot deny that he hardly ever had a smile on his face.

Batman, on the other hand, was portrayed perfectly throughout the movie. Furthermore, his style of violence was more similar to the comic adaptation. Judging the information shared by far for Justice League, it looks like Superman would look more intense while the Dark Knight would be less violent.

While most of the photoshopped images are out of context, the #manofsmiles has addressed a serious issue. If DCEU continues with their take, its movie would be considered “adults only,” while Marvel continues to win the hearts of the masses with fun, laughter and action.
