DCEU Director Confirms ‘Justice League’ Shoot In Iceland, Shares London Details

Recently, it was revealed that Zack Snyder just wrapped up shooting Justice League in London. The shoot will then continue in Iceland. However, Warner Bros. haven’t confirmed it yet.


Earlier on Thursday, a website posted images of the set location in Iceland. The set appears to be guarded by security and is currently under construction.

While images and speculations about the set in Iceland continue, none of the representatives from Warner Bros. confirmed their travel to the country to continue shooting. Finally, it looks like The Batman decided to step up.

Recently, Ben Affleck was part of LIVE with Kelly. The actor confirmed that he is “going back to Iceland for a couple of days” to continue filming Justice League.

Ben also revealed that he “was in London for the 4 months of doing the movie.” He also said that during his stay in London, “I brought my kids for the big part of it” and got a “tour guide” for them to explore the city.

Ben shared more about his time in London with his kids during the talk. Moreover, he spoke about being a director and some details on his recent movie The Accountant. Fans can check out the entire interview below.

Justice League will be released on November 17, 2017. The movie is still under the direction of Zack Snyder. Ben Affleck is the executive producer of the film. Ben is also busy scripting his upcoming reboot solo film, The Batman.
