DC Extended Universe: New Image of Matt Damon As Green Arrow Wearing Hood Revealed In Fan Art

The Jason Bourne actor certainly has the physique to be playing a powerful alpha superhero like Batman. But fans are puzzled over which role could justify him in DC Extended Universe.
Recently in AMC’s GEEKING OUT Comic-con Special, Host Kevin Smith interviewed Matt Damon to discuss the upcoming movie, Jason Bourne. However, the show soon digressed as Smith made Damon perform some dialogues as Green Lantern, Green Arrow and Shazam. Check out the video below.
Fans were more excited to witness Damon as Green Arrow in the video. Since then, the DC Community has wondered how the actor would look in the green hooded suit with his bow and arrow.
Fortunately, BossLogic seems to have heard the fan’s desperate plea. Recently, he uploaded a digitally altered fan art of Matt Damon as Green Arrow. Check out the image below.
Previously there were speculations that Damon could appear as a Gotham criminal in Affleck’s Batman. Fans expected to hear an official confirmation on it from the director at SDCC. But they were left disappointed.
Damon has not been confirmed to play any fictional character yet. Fans can only hope to hear any news after the release of Jason Bourne movie.
There were early rumors suggesting Green Lantern to appear in post credit scene in Justice League movie. If the superheroes cameo appearance is true, Damon is likely to be approached by DC for the role.
Warner Bros. also revealed its plans for various untitled DC films till 2020. A reboot of Green Lantern could possibly be part of it.
