Abby Lee Miller of “Dance Moms” is about to start the sentence for her crimes. Last year, she was caught smuggling the show’s income amounting to $775,000 into the US.
The students on the reality show were treated harshly and Miller’s cases affected the image of the show. She allegedly let her friends help her smuggle the show’s income; thus, the stars on the show became aloof towards her.
Candy Apple’s Dance Center owner, Cathy Nesbitt-Stein observed that Abby Lee Miller is showing a cool front but deep inside she was very scared of her sentence.
She further described her as the “thief who is not sad to steal but sorry that she got caught.” It is understandable why her co-stars were talking strong words towards her because the future of the show is dependent on how her prison term will run.
According to the Gazette Review, she has planned to plead guilty. Her sentence commences in October 2016.
Meanwhile, “Dance Moms” will continue despite Miller’s absence. There was a plan to train other possible coaches so that the show can go on. Kalani Hilliker will probably be utilized as a coach. She is qualified to act as coach because she has trained the Mini Elite team in one of their routines.
Some time ago, one of the moms, Jill Vertes posted on Instagram a photo with Kalani Hilliker, Kendall Vertes, Brynn Rumfallo and Nia Frazier on it. They were joined by Murrieta Dance Project proprietor and coach, Erin Babbs and the photo was captioned, “New Beginnings.”
“Dance Moms” will surely have new beginnings. The show goes on even without Abby Lee Miller.
