Current Mortgage Interest Rates at TD Bank on May 6, 2014
For the second consecutive trading day this week, the Canadian mortgage provider, Toronto Dominion Bank (NYSE: TD), quoted unchanged benchmark 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates in its latest home loan portfolio released on May 6, 2014. Today, eligible borrowers can now spot the standard home purchase and refinancing mortgage deals coming out at the same interest rates as yesterday.
As per the recent mortgage information made public by the bank, the standard, long term, 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loan plans can be seen traded at an interest rate of 4.500% and an annual percentage rate of 4.612% today. On the other hand, the short term, 15 year fixed rate mortgage plans are now up for grabs at an interest rate of 3.500% and an annual percentage yield of 3.691% this Tuesday.
As far as the flexible home loan offerings are considered, the bank offers its ideal 3 year adjustable rate mortgage packages at a starting interest rate of 2.625% and an annual percentage yield of 2.824% to start with. On the contrary, the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage home loan plans can be secured in at an interest rate of 3.125% and an annual percentage rate of 2.981% on the basic amount of home loan secured from the bank.
The borrowers, who are interested in more flexible home loan deals, can now opt for the 7 year adjustable rate mortgage loan packages, which are traded at an interest rate of 3.375% and are backed by an APR yield of 3.141%. However, the 10 year adjustable rate home loan schemes can be locked in at a lending rate of 3.625% and an annual percentage rate of 3.389% today.
In the refinancing arena, the bank is now offering its popular, 30 year, fixed rate mortgage home loans at an interest rate of 4.562% and an annual return rate of 4.676% today. Alternatively, the short term, 15 year counterparts of the 30 year refinancing fixed rate home loan options are now up for grabs at an interest rate of 3.562% and an annual return rate of 3.756%.
When it comes to adjustable rate mortgage loans, TD Bank charges an interest rate of 3.188% from and offers an APR yield of 3.005% to the borrowers, who are interested in securing the 5 year refinancing variable rate home loan deals today. However, the more flexible, 7 year refinancing adjustable rate home loans, are being traded at an interest rate of 3.438% and an APR yield of 3.172% on the principal amount of home loan taken from the bank.
