What You Missed From Comedy Central’s St Patrick’s Day Game
If you were too intoxicated to check out Twitter last night, then you might have missed @Midnight’s hash tag.
The rule of that night’s hashtag war was simple: Twist the names of celebrities by making them sound Irish, or Photoshop their photos by adding a dash of green.
#MakeACelebrityIrish trended for a while, with Twitter users jumping in to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a little flair on word wizardy.

But some did not see the humor in this. The hashtag pertained to Irish culture, and in order to join the game, one must be inventive and observant.
