Christine Ouzounian Plans To Sue Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Pays For Her Flat
Should things push Christine Ouzounian to a corner, Jennifer Garner will have to pay. The former nanny to the estranged couple plans on suing the actress for terminating her without just cause.
“Christine has told friends she’s considering dragging Jen to court for wrongful termination,” a source was quoted by an entertainment magazine.
The entire family will also have to pay if the actor dumps her, according to the same source, as reported.
“If Ben dumps her, she will sue,” the source continued.
Ouzounian’s name has been dragged in the divorce story between Affleck and Garner and it was the former nanny who squealed to the media she is having an intimate affair with Affleck, who up to the present, vehemently denies the issue.
A report from Radar says the actor has been keeping his distance from Ouzounian since his alleged affair reached the public’s knowledge.
“Ben hasn’t been returned [sic] any of her phone calls or texts since the relationship had been made public,” Radar quoted Affleck’s rep.
Affleck Pays For Ouzounian’s Flat
Weeks after the public learned about Ouzounian’s role in Affleck-Garner’s divorce, news spread about the former nanny staying at Hotel Bel-Air with bills shouldered by the actor.
Recently, In Touch Weekly reports Ben Affleck found Ouzounian an exclusive flat in Los Angeles that will be allegedly paid for by the actor every month. Christine has also reportedly been given with cash, which she used in purchasing a convertible.
“She bought a brand-new Lexus convertible with the money he gave her,” a friend of Christine said.
“Christine can’t afford a $50,000 car and a home that rents for $10,000 a month—she was making a nanny’s salary. You do the math,” the friend continued.
Affleck ‘obviously stressed’
The same entertainment website also reports from another source that Affleck was seen outside his Atlanta flat on August 9, pacing nervously and seeking comfort from a drink and a cigarette.
“He was obviously stressed,” the report says.
“The big problem is making sure Christine doesn’t unravel,” a friend told In Touch.
