What's This?

Chris Brown is again in a legal battle with Nia Guzman. Guzman filed a lawsuit California to get more child support.

Nia who already sued Chris Brown in Houston Texas, does not think the amount she received is enough for her child. According to a source who spoke to Hollywood Life, Nia applied for permanent residency in California to claim more support for Royalty, their child.

The source mentioned, “Nia is absurd. She’s been living in California for months and has established residency there just so she could take Chris to court in LA for more child support! The case is already in affect and Nia wants more than what they agreed upon in Houston. She wants more — way more — because Royalty deserves every opportunity that life has to offer.”

The source felt that Chris showcasing his money may be the reason why Nia is furious. The source revealed, “Chris continues to flash his gold and diamonds around on Instagram, and him buying a new Ferrari every day infuriates Nia. She’s trying to secure Royalty’s future and she wishes Chris would understand that.”

Another source stated that Nia feels Royalty deserves half of his income. While the two have already worked on an agreement, she is not happy with it.

The court previously ruled that Chris Brown shall pay $2500 every month to Nia for child support. Nia appealed for payment of $15000 but she was denied by the court and he kept on paying $2500. Brown was also mandated to pay for health insurance, schooling, medical bills and more for his child, Royalty.

The singer is currently busy making his documentary on his life. He mentioned that he felt suicidal after assaulting Rihanna, as CNN mentioned. It is quite possible that Nia will make Brown’s earnings from the documentary a basis for more child support.
