Chase Bank: Home Mortgage Interest Rates on Tuesday, September 23, 2014
JP Morgan Chase Bank (NYSE:JPM) being one of the reputed home mortgage institutions in the country, decided to make little or no changes to its standard FRMs and ARMs as on Tuesday, September 23, 2014. The bank’s interest rates for all the standard and jumbo schemes remained unchanged today which is why a lot of potential home mortgage buyers got disappointed as they were anticipating a certain amount of reduction in the interest rates.
JP Morgan Chase bank offers standard 30 year FRMs at decent rates to the potential home mortgage buyers and today the bank offered these schemes at an interest rate of 4.375% in addition to an APR of 4.471%. The 15 year short term FRMs at the bank were listed at a rate of interest of 3.625% along with an annual percentage rate of 3.753% today. The APR and interest rates on these schemes too remained unchanged today.
In the adjustable rate mortgage arena, the 5 year interest rates have been listed at 4.000% interest rate at the JP Morgan Chase bank along with an APR of 3.352% to begin with. In the 7 year category, the ARMs at the bank were quoted at 3.750% rate of interest and an annual percentage rate of 3.363% today.
The standard 30 year refinance FRMs at the bank were being offered at 4.250% interest rate as on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 along with an annual percentage rate of 4.345%. The famous 15 year refinance FRMs at the JP Morgan Chase bank are being listed at 3.500% rate of interest and an APR of 3.627% today. The 5 year ARMs are coming out at a rate of interest of 3.375% at Chase Bank with an APR of 3.118%. The 7 year ARMs rate of interest are being listed at 3.500% today with an APR of 3.234%.
