‘Captain America: Civil War’ New Trailer Presented At 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards

On Saturday, the lead stars of “Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War,” Chris Evans as Captain America and Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man showed fans what they can expect from them in the movie. They both attended the Kids Choice Awards, thrilling their fans.


Evans and Downey, Jr. showed up at the 2016 Kids Choice Awards to debut a new trailer of the highly-anticipated film. Before they played the video clip, however, the Hollywood actors gave fans a sneak peek of the battle that’s coming to the big screen with a thumb war! The battle seemingly ended in a draw, as posted in the Nickelodeon TV Twitter account.

IB Times reported that the new broadcast trailer of “Captain America: Civil War” was relatively similar to the recently unleashed full trailer with a few new clips mixed in. Crossbones portrayed by the actor Frank Grillo is featured more and can be seen getting involved in the fight. Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther also got more screen time as he chased down the Winter Soldier, who is played by Sebastian Stan.

The trailer also showed Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow giving Tony Stark a warning. An ally of Iron Man in the film, she can be heard telling Tony Stark that she’s not the one that needs to watch her back. Elizabeth Olsen portraying Scarlet Witch can also be seen using her powers to bring Vision (played by the English actor Paul Bettany) down to his knees.

Although the latest “Captain America: Civil War” video clip is not online yet, the second official trailer for the film was already unleashed on Thursday. The second official trailer featured the first look at the new Spider-Man played by Tom Holland.

Stan recently gave a testament that fans will be mighty pleased with “Captain America: Civil War.” According to the actor, the film will certainly live up to all the hype. According to Collider, the actor spoke to Steve at the press day for The Bronze, and said, “Everyone is f—ing fantastic. I walked out of it speechless, and I worked on the film and I was there! I walked out of there and I had back pain from leaning.”

“Captain America: Civil War” will kick off in theaters on May 6.
