Can ‘Arrow’, ‘Flash’, ‘Arrow’ & ‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ Handle Legion Of Doom?
CW has a packed lineup of DC superheroes, the latest addition of which was Supergirl (Melissa Benoist). While she, Arrow (Stephen Amell), Flash (Grant Gustin) and the Legends of Tomorrow team are expected to star in one big cross over, the question is who will the big threat be?Advertisement
There are several names who signed up to be regulars across all shows. The list includes Malcolm Merlin (John Barrowman), Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), Reverse Flash (Matt Letscher) and Captain Cold/Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller). According to Entertainment Weekly, these are the main figures for the Legion of Doom.
Will There Be More?
For the comic fans, everyone knows that the Legion of Doom is larger than that. There are other villains missed out who have appeared on the series. There is Grodd, someone who appeared on The Flash.
Lex Luthor is also missing, the celebrated leader in the comic book series. Could this be the reason why Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath) was cast? Right now there is no telling who else could come on board (for both sides) but that massive crossover promises to be big.
Centered On Supergirl?
Being the newcomer of the group, the series will reportedly center on Supergirl. But the question now is how will that happen?
Also, does it mean more co-stars from the series will be appearing? J’on J’onzz or the Martian Manhunter (David Harewood) or even the Superman character starring Tyler Hoechlin could get involved.
There are plenty of names to mention and only the CW showrunners know the real score. Lest we forget, there is also the Justice Society of America appearing so it should be an explosive crossover with an assortment of stars.
CW kicks off thing this October with the DC cast of heroes. The Flash season 3 premieres Oct. 4, Arrow season 5 follows on Oct. 5, Supergirl season 2 on Oct. 10 and Legends of Tomorrow season 2 on Oct. 13. Don’t miss it!
