Upcoming Black Panther Movie To Cast All African-Americans, Release Date Revealed

Despite the fact that it is to resurface later than expected, the Marvel declared that they are already in talks for the making of said film. With a director on board and a lead actor allegedly cast, what’s in store for the upcoming stand-alone movie?
Fans have been anticipating the showing of Marvel Studios’ “Captain America: Civil War” which will be released in theaters this year. Given that, one of the characters that will make their debut in the said franchise is that of Black Panther. Furthermore, Marvel Studios also confirmed that a stand-alone movie would be dedicated to the said character.
According to The Verge, Marvel Studios’ president, Kevin Feige, revealed to Empire Magazine that the production steps for “Black Panther” movie are nearly finished. The first thing he hinted was that “Creed” director, Ryan Coogler, may be the one to direct the said movie although talks for his position are still ongoing.
Furthermore, Feige mentioned, “This one is important [Black Panther movie]. Not only do you get an unbelievable lead character, but you also get all of Wakanda which is a whole new setting and culture to explore.”
According to Comic Book Movie, Feige noted on what the movie plot would be by stating, “It’s a big geo-political action adventure that focuses on the family and royal struggle of T’Challa in Wakanda, and what it means to be a king. T’Challa’s story is very important to us as it links to the next Avenger films, which is why we brought it forward.”
Other spoilers for the said movie that Feige relayed was the cast members. According to him, “Black Panther” will feature a majority of African-American cast including the only confirmed actor, Chadwick Boseman who will play T’Challa. Other reports indicated that Ernie Hudson may play T’Chaka as well.
