Bill Cosby to Get Acquitted in New Trial Because of Chloe Goins’ ‘Hazy Recollection’ of Alleged Rape, Sexual Assault?

Bill Cosby and his camp wants to junk the sexual assault and rape charges against the comedian, which was filed by Chloe Goins, saying the latter had hazy recollection of the alleged incident.

According to the lawsuit filed by Goins, she was abused at Playboy mansion in 2008 by Cosby, and she argues that she is being evasive about how old she was on the night. This was done in order to extend the statute of limitations in the case.

In the past, the model accused him of being a “serial rapist” and alleges that Cosby had spiked her drink at the Playboy mansion. After losing consciousness, she claims that she found herself naked with saliva on her chest, while Cosby was biting her toe, notes The Wrap.

However, Cosby has all the allegations against him and in some cases, he sued his accusers.

Previously Goins had sued Cosby, but dropped the charges in February. Later in May, a complaint was filed by Goins, including Playboy boss Hugh Hefner as a defendant.

Cosby’s attorney said that Goins initially claimed the incident to have taken place in 2008 when she was 18. According to her claims, it would have statutes of limitations of no more than three years. Now in her new lawsuit, Goins have tried to extend the statute of limitations by stating as a “possibly” minor when the incident occurred, as per Cosby’s lawyers.

On the contrary, Goins have not proven that she was under 18 in the summer of 2008 during the incident, according to the lawsuit. “In an effort to save her stale claims, Plaintiff appears to rely on the extended limitations periods for childhood sexual abuse,” the pape stated.

“However, the Complainant is completely lacking the basic factual predicate necessary to invoke these limitations periods: that the plaintiff was a child, i.e., under 18 years old, when the alleged incident occurred,” added in the papers.
