Ben Higgins & Lauren Bushnell: ‘JoJo Fletcher Who?’
While their journey on “The Bachelor” season 20 has already ended, Ben Higgins and fiancée Lauren Bushnell seemed to be busier these days. So much so that they cannot watch JoJo Fletcher in “The Bachelorette.” Is there even a reason to?Advertisement
According to new reports, Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell whose love story started on the ABC dating reality show, could be focusing these days on their upcoming wedding and new TV show that they do not have extra time for other things.
Could JoJo Fletcher be among those other things?
In an interview with People, Ben Higgins talked about his life with Lauren Bushnell after their stint in “The Bachelor” came to a close.
According to him, the show surely has played “such a large part of Lauren and I’s life for so long,” but with their hectic schedule lately, they do not have the time to watch its spinoff “The Bachelorette” season 12 which stars Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher.
Of course this has got nothing with the fact that Ben Higgins and JoJo Fletcher might still have some unfinished business between them. Or the fact that Lauren Bushnell might be bothered that JoJo Fletcher has declared on television that her love for Ben Higgins is true. Nope.
“We actually haven’t been watching this season,” the 28-year-old computer salesman admitted. “Our life is really crazy. We travel all the time.”
“[The Bachelor] was so good to us, but I think, instead of consuming ourselves for the last month and the next couple of months with more ‘Bachelorette’ stuff, [it’s important] that we kind of just step away and take time for each other,” Ben Higgins added about his and Lauren Bushnell’s schedule.
When it comes to their upcoming TV program “Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After,” he shared that they have both realized that their lives will no longer be private amid the fact that they would have wanted to keep it that way before.
However, while talking to Us Weekly, the 25-year-old flight attendant who won “The Bachelor” season 20’s heart hinted that they are already prepared to share their relationship with their fans.
“We’re already used to sharing our lives with everyone else,” Lauren Bushnell noted, “so we thought, Why not? It’s a fun way to share life after ‘The Bachelor.’”
Would JoJo Fletcher have the time to watch the new reality show of Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell?
