‘Batman V Superman’ Plothole Spotted, IMAX Tickets Arrive
Fans of director Zack Snyder’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” only have a few weeks before they witness Ben Affleck’s Batman and Henry Cavill’s Superman clash on the big screen.Advertisement
The production behind the flick is chugging along steadily. Earlier this week, television host Jimmy Kimmel debuted a new footage from “Batman v Superman.”
Even though the BvS trailers showcase nearly every plot point of the film, there are still more BvS footage to be unleashed. The latest Batman vs Superman trailer depicts an exchange of blows between Batman and Superman under the pouring rain. The first few seconds of the video displays the Man of Steel flying Batman through a building. This gives us an idea that Superman could easily destroy Batman.
GQ points out that “Batman v Superman” trailers have done nothing to quell individuals’ fears that the fight between the beloved superheroes would be extremely one-sided. The mercy of Superman might be the only thing keeping Batman alive.
A plothole was also spotted when Batman uses his smoke grenade, and Superman doesn’t use his X-ray vision to see through the smoke. The trailer shows that the rain is heavily CGI’d, and the lighting is so dark.
On the other hand, Forbes reports that fans who attended the IMAX screening of the teaser footage from “Batman v Superman” were guaranteed free tickets to an advanced screening of the film. The free tickets will be released in the week preceding the film’s official opening on March 25.
The official invitations to the advanced screening were emailed to fans by Warner Bros. The IMAX fan screening takes place during the weekdays prior to the film’s opening.
