Backstreet Boys is now back in the recording studio. They confirmed that they will have a new album after three years.
Backstreet Boys has teamed up with Florida Georgia Line for its new album.
“In the studio with my @backstreetboys recording a song for @flagaline new album,” Nick Carter said in an Instagram post, showing his studio selfie. He also added, “Also working on the new backstreet album as well. “Get ready!!!”
Florida Geogia Line is a country music duo. Their own album “Dig Your Roots” is set to be released in August.
Meanwhile, Brian Littrell also teased the boy band’s fans with his own Instagram snap shot, as reported by MTV.
“In the lab doing something we’ve never done before…BSB feature with FGL,” he wrote.
The five-member group has been making appearances in the past, which hinted fans of their comeback, TIME said.
Members Nick Carter and A.J. McLean surprised fans when they joined supermodel Gigi Hadid for the Lip Sync Battle where she was dubbing their hit “Larger Than Life.” They also performed at the Miss USA 2016 pageant.
They also announced that they will have a Las Vegas residency show.
Speaking for Entertainment Weekly, Nick Carter said that Backstreet Boys just singed in a deal in Las Vegas.
“We have a deal with Live Nation, the touring company, and we just signed a nine-show deal to do a test run in Vegas with a residency, so that’s definitely going to happen, but we’re going to do a trial run first,” he said.
There has not been any confirmation as to when the Backstreet Boy’s new album will be released.
