What's This?

Daniel Damon, an Aussie man on the run, seemed to have no qualms admitting he has committed a crime. In fact, he even asked the Victoria Police who was looking for him to accompany their appeal for information about his whereabouts with a better “mugshot” of him.

Damon was being hunted down by police authorities for failing to answer bail for traffic and drug matters. Victoria Police had been scouting him. They decided to post their appeal on Monday via the social networking website Facebook to solicit the help of the public to locate Damon.

But lo and behold, one of their posts commenters was the fugitive himself. He didn’t only made his presence felt, but made sure it will really be felt.

“Can you use a better photo tho. This is a horrible mugshot,” Damon even had the nerve to comment on the police’s chosen photo.

Ever diplomatic, the Victoria Police replied with an equally-cheeky reply. “Hi Daniel, please visit your nearest police station and we’ll arrange for a new photo to be taken!”

Seeming to notice his cutesy comment will backfire on him, he replied he is getting himself organized before he shows up at the police station. “Yea I plan on it once I get a few things in order… just gotta organize myself a lawyer and get everything organized.” He even ended that statement with a grimacing emoji!

Police suspects the 25-year-old in is in the Melbourne or Bendigo area in Victoria. They believed he may be living in St Kilda. “Mr Damon is yet to be located or present himself for his new photograph as yet,” Victoria Police told Mashable Australia.

Damon is described as 5ft 11in, medium build, with brown eyes and hair and fair skin. He has various tattoos.
