All cheaters’ data hacked from Ashley Madison in July had already been dumped in the Internet for everybody’s access. The data can be downloaded in a step-by-step process. The list contains information of the roughly 32 million users of the website which enticed members to start illicit relations, saying that “Life is short. Have an affair.”

9.7 gigabytes of hacked data dumped via an Onion email address

According to a report from WIRED, the 9.7 gigabytes of hacked data was dumped using an Onion web address that can only accessed through Tor browser. The files contain information of the roughly 32 million users of the website, including credit card information, payment transactions, account details and log-ins, WIRED said. It also includes names, street address, email address and amount paid by members.

But the seemingly interesting information, noted by WIRED, are the descriptions of how members would want their affairs to be. Some examples of the said descriptions are “I’m looking for someone who isn’t happy at home or just bored and looking for some excitement” and “I love it when I’m called and told I have 15 minutes to get to someplace where I’ll be greeted at the door with a surprise—maybe lingerie, nakedness. I like to ravish and be ravished … I like lots of foreplay and stamina, fun, discretion, oral, even willingness to experiment—*smile*”

Ashley Madison Cheaters list available as BitTorrent download

A related report from ars technica said that the list can also be downloaded via BitTorrent. The website further stated that it has downloaded the file and was able to scan through it firsthand. The hacked data included e-mail addresses, profile descriptions, addresses, weight and even height information, ars technica said. However, the website noted that the dumped data has no specific information that can confirm that the information is authentically taken from the Ashley Madison site.

Ashley Madison users confirmed their data were compromised

A report from Australia’s The Age said that some Reddit users who are also members of Ashley Madison confirmed that their data had been compromised and were one among the information included in the leak. The thread, however, was immediately banned by Reddit, The Age reported.

“Going back through my credit card statements online, I found the days I signed up and opened the portions of the leaked file … associated with those days,” one of the users was quoted as saying.

“Each time my credit card was hit, all of my information shows up in the leaked credit card file. I do not know yet if the [credit card] info can be associated with the information that was contained in profiles, but it’s bad guys,” another said.
