Ariel Winter and Chloe Grace both took to their social media pages to address body shamers and internet trolls that continue to criticize them.
Ariel Winter fired back in Twitter following her recent Instagram photo where she wore a pink cutout dress that revealed major underboobs.
“Dear sorry body-shamers, I looked HOT in that dress. And if you hate it, don’t buy it,” the Modern Family cast said. “But please get a hobby. XOXO Ariel #EmbraceYourBody.”
The 18-year-old redhead later added in her tweet,”Embrace all that you are. Don’t let those outside voices become your inner voice #mychoice #loveyourcurves.”
The actress, who rose to fame for her character as Alex Dunphy in the long-running comedy series, usually posts her raunchy photos in her Instagram accounts, TV3 said in a report.
Just recently, Ariel Winter celebrated having two million fans on Instagram through baring her butt in a two piece bikini while aboard a luxury yacht.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Chloe Grace Moretz also slammed body shaming internet trolls against her, People said.
“When will people hiding behind computer screens get tired of calling someone ‘fat’ or ‘masculine’ – does it make you feel good typing your hateful comments? Does it fulfill you in some dark way?” the actress asked on Twitter.
The Neighbors 2 actress, who is currently dating Brooklyn Beckham, added that before anyone hit on someone in social media, they must know hurtful these can be.
“Sit back before you fire away commenting ignorant things and imagine the real HUMAN BEING you are commenting about – he or she is a PERSON, with feelings and thoughts and a life that you are affecting so negatively.”
The actress also said in a previous report that she has experienced being criticized all her life and has admitted that she has faced insecurities while growing up.
