Ariana Grande and Mac Miller were spotted locking lips at Katsu-Ya in Encino, California, on Sunday night while they went for a sushi treat, confirming speculations that they have been dating. According to an onlooker, the couple spent the evening laughing and giggling, with Ariana even resting on her beau’s lap for a while.

“He’s the best. It’s always dope making music with him,” she told E! News at the launch of her new MAC cosmetics Viva Glam lipstick campaign.

The songstress was earlier seen kissing the rapper in the music video of ‘The Way,” which she recorded for her 2013 debut album ‘Yours Truly.’ Miller not only featured in the music video but also co-wrote the song. However, at that time, the Pittsburgher dismissed rumours of their romance.

“That’s the homey,”’ he was quoted as saying by the MTV that April. ‘She’s got a boyfriend and everything. Obviously, that [kiss] made everyone talk. I didn’t even know that was going to happen and then we were shooting and the director was like ‘This should happen’ and I’m like ‘Alright.’”

Ariana Grande, who broke up with backup dancer boyfriend Ricky Alvarez in July, was seen in a boho chic number with pearl drops in her ears and her hair tied into a neat bun in the images obtained by the TMZ. Miller kept it casual with a twilight blue polo t-shirt and a black baseball cap. He wrapped his heavily tattooed arm around Grande while they kissed, the Mail Online reported.

While performing at the Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival on Saturday, she became nostalgic for her old song and broke into The Way before calling Miller on stage.

However, the singer is facing a lawsuit for allegedly infringing on someone else’s copyright with her song ‘One Last Time.’ According to songwriter Alex Greggs, Grande and David Guetta copied the chorus from the song ‘Takes All Night’ to which he owns the copyright.
