Aquaman Movie: Actor Jason Momoa Training Hard, Photos Shared

Since Zack Snyder began directing “Justice League”, Jason Momoa has been the only actor updating his fans constantly on Aquaman and the shooting progress of the movie. The actor also revealed the wrap up in London as well as in Iceland.


Jason Momoa also confirmed that the entire shooting of “Justice League” movie was completed in Iceland. While the rest of DCEU cast members are busy with other schedules, the Aquaman still seems to be working with Warner Bros. on DCEU.

Jason Momoa recently shared images from his training along with trainer Mark Twight. Moreover, it looks like the actor’s workout sessions are intense as always.

It’s possible that Jason Momoa is continuing his training for his upcoming standalone movie, “Aquaman”. Although the title has its release date set for 2018, it’s likely that Warner Bros. will begin its shooting as soon as Will Beall finishes its screenplay.

In an earlier interview, scriptwriter Will Beall also revealed that the best action sequence in “Aquaman” movie “takes place on dry land.” Fans are optimistic about the DCEU title as Director James Wan and DC Comics COO are working together on the story for the film.

By far, it has been revealed that Amber Heard will play as Mera and Willem Dafoe as Nudis Vulko in “Aquaman”. Moreover, both cast members are also appearing in “Justice League” movie.

Michael K. Williams has been highly speculated to be Black Manta in “Aquaman” movie. However, Director James Wan and the rest DCEU officials have denied commenting on the rumor.

“Aquaman” movie is expected to release on July 27th, 2018. The film is still its early stages of production.
